Greg Langman, MA, PCC
Lead Trainer

Hi there, my name is Greg Langman. I live in Cochrane Alberta with my wife Linda. We have been married since 1991 and have three daughters, Alisha, Cara, and Jenaya and two wonderful sons-in law.

I currently serve as a Leader Formation Coach with RockPointe Church in Calgary, Alberta. Over the last 30 years of ministry I have served in large churches and house church networks, planted two churches, served in denominational leadership with the Alliance Canada and helped start a number of new organizations. These different opportunities led me to live in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and now Alberta. I'm a PCC level coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Sr. Certified Coach with Leadership Coaching Canada, a Birkman Certified Professional and a Grip-Birkman Trainer.

I love Transformational Coaching because I get to partner with people in ways that bring about personal and organizational transformation.

Jon Hand, MDiv, PCC
Lead Trainer

Hey friends, my name is Jon Hand. I’ve been married to Aimee since 1999 and we have three really great children I’m very proud of. We live in Welland, Ontario. In the past 25 years, I’ve been a Christian educator, church planter, sr. pastor, and denominational leader.

I have spent the last ten years developing a unique coaching approach to Christian leadership called Soul Coaching. I help Pastors and thoughtful Christian business leaders lead from their own transformation. I am a PCC level coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation. In addition to my work in Transformational Coaching, I am a Leadership Formation Pastor in a network called Jesus Collective.

Five years ago, Greg Langman, Traci-Lynn Burt, and I saw a need and started a learning experience to train Christian leaders in coaching skills, postures, and practices. In the past five years, we’ve trained over 350 Christian leaders and influencers in coaching approaches, postures, and skills while challenging them to lead out of their own transformation in everything they do.

I love coaching because it takes my hands off the controls and gives me the tools to help leaders discover what God is doing to grow, heal, inspire, and shape them into the best version of themselves.

I discovered what became transformational coaching after having a nervous breakdown and burnout in my mid-thirties. The pain of that season birthed my life’s vocational statement: "I wake up every day to challenge, equip, and inspire Christian leaders to lead from their own transformation."

I am excited to share with you the tools, practices, and postures of the inner life and coaching skills I’ve developed. See you soon.

Traci-Lynn Burt, PCC
Lead Trainer

Helping others discover who God has called them to be while pursuing the purposes they were created for is my passion. My name is Traci-Lynn Burt and I am excited to journey into the world of transformational coaching with you.

Who am I? I am Christ’s Beloved, wife to Russ and mother to Nick, Matthew, Leah, and Katie. I’m a PCC level coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the founder of Cornerstone Consulting Canada. I’m also a Sr. Certified Coach with Leadership Coaching Canada, a Birkman Certified Professional and a Grip-Birkman Trainer. I have served in the local church in both volunteer and professional roles for over 30 years.

What do I do? I love coming alongside individuals and non-profit organizations and empowering them with a deeper sense of their identity in Christ so that they can live out of that identity on mission with the Spirit. I love coaching others to live from their significance in Christ and to help them discover how that looks in their lives. I desire to equip His children to live from a Kingdom perspective, embracing and delighting in the journey together as one body with Christ as our head.

Cyd Holsclaw, PCC
Lead Trainer

Through coaching and spiritual direction, I depend on the Holy Spirit to reveal desires, expose roadblocks, and inspire deeper and fuller life in whatever context you’re rooted in.

My love for transformational coaching comes directly from my own experience as I would have never discerned my own calling into ministry without a combination of spiritual direction and coaching. I have served in various vocations throughout my life ranging from working the line in a factory to guiding outdoor adventures to administering a foundation to event planning. But I eventually said “yes” to a life of vocational ministry in my early 30s and have been involved with church leadership teams ever since.

I’m currently pastoring at Vineyard North Church in Grand Rapids, MI where I spend most of my energy facilitating opportunities for spiritual formation and leadership development. I’ve been married to Geoff for 21 years and have two incredible sons, Soren and Tennyson, who are getting ready to launch into adulthood.

I coach both independently and with several networks as well as offer spiritual direction. Geoff & I co-authored Does God Really Like Me? Discovering the God who wants to be with us. I look forward to meeting all of you and bearing witness to the ways we are all transformed as we journey together in the coming weeks!
