  • We are Jesus-centred


    We are a Jesus-centred organisation that specialises in the formation, leadership development, and coaching of Christian leaders. We believe God incarnate in Jesus of Nazareth embodied the best of leadership and coaching skills, mindsets, and postures. We draw our inspiration and motivation for coaching and training from Him.

  • We design our courses for highly motivated adult learners

    Adult learning attracts highly motivated learners. Our pedagogy is based on the cohort based adult learner model. We believe self-directed adult learners in a community will thrive if given a challenging learning environment where they can receive a base of knowledge and deepen that base by taking self-directed ownership for their learning, growth, and development.

  • We design learning in community


    We believe adult learning communities can enhance the learning experience as self-motivated adult learners will learn just as much from each other as they will from the trainers and mentor coaches. We believe adult cohort based learning starts outside of the online class sessions and enhances the in-session learning. We try to pre-load as much learning as we can outside of the online class times so that our in-session times are focused on participation, integration, and application of what was learned outside of the online class.

  • We train in teams to enhance multiple perspectives

    We believe learning is better when it comes from a team of highly skilled trainers. Our trainers bring decades of leadership and coaching experience with them into our cohorts. Each trainer brings a unique and diverse perspective that enhances learning and permissions contrast. We place a priority on gender diversity among our training staff and mentor coaches. We always have at least two trainers guiding each cohort season of Transformational Coaching and most often the training team are male and female to broaden the range of perspectives brought into the training.

  • We curate diverse learning modalities


    We prioritize experiential learning and a diversity of learning modalities to empower the broadest range of learning styles. Our pedagogy minimizes lecture and employs a variety of intentionally diverse learning modalities, such as: small group interactions, large group facilitated learning discussions, asynchronous curated learning resources, supervised coaching feedback, peer coaching feedback, modelled coaching, peer coaching, case studies, and one-on-one coaching practice.

  • We believe the best leaders lead and develop others from the inside out

    We believe in holistically equipping and training people in a way that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Our unique approach combines coaching skills and competencies with 7 Transformational Postures for a unique blend of skill development, spiritual formation, neuroscience, and theologically informed transformational principles. The combination of these layers enables our participants to receive a more holistic and integrated or embodied training experience that teaches skills and enables a deeper embodiment of the coaching mindset, approaches, and ethics.
