Each week during the online training sessions you can expect to invest an average of 5 hrs per week in developing this skill.

This breaks down to 2 hours for the online training, approximately 1.5 hours completing the required readings, and 1.5 hours engaging with your peer coaching partner via Zoom or video chat.

A unique approach to coaching that equips you with coaching skills, transformational postures, and teaching on how to partner with the Holy Spirit in coaching.

Earn 45 hrs. of International Coaching Federation accredited coaching education hours. These hours can be applied towards Level 1 ICF certified coach accreditation.

Prerequisites: None

Pay the course fees in full at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made with the leadership of Transformational Coaching.

• Complete the assigned tasks prior to and following each online session as indicated in the Participants’ Guide.

• Log in to Zoom five minutes prior to each online session’s start time in order to be ready to begin each session on time.

• Be in a quiet place for online sessions and keep my video on

• Attend all sessions listed in the participant's guide

• Contact the Transformational Coaching support person prior to the online class if you are sick or away.

• Attend all online sessions - Participants can only miss 2 in person online Base Camp sessions but must watch the online video prior to the next week and inform the instructor that you have done this.

A graduation certificate will only be issued upon the successful completion of all assignments as outlined in the Learning Guide.  If an assignment is missed, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact their trainer to arrange a way to make it up in some manner.

Week 1 (April 18) – Course overview and TC Posture #1

Week 2 (April 25) – Coaching approach overview and TC Posture #2

Week 3 (May 2) – Full coaching demonstration followed by the Connect teaching & TC Posture #3

Week 4 (May 9) – Outcome phase and TC Posture #4

Week 5 (May 16) – Awareness phase and TC Posture #5

Week 6 (May 23) – Course phase and TC Posture #6

Week 7 (May 30) – Highlight phase and TC Posture #7

Week 8 (Week of June 3) - Each participant will experience two separate three-hour supervised coaching skills practice sessions. These Triad Learning Experiences occur 9-12 and 1-4 EDT on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will be scheduled for 2 time slots during this week.

Week 9 (June 10) – Follow Up and Affirmation Time

Peer Coaching
Each participant will be connected to one other participant for peer coaching to be scheduled at a time that works for both participants. Peer coaches meet 7 times over the 9 weeks.

Sessions are recorded and viewable for up to one year. If you miss a session you must watch the session you missed before the next Zoom meeting.
